Join a fast-paced kitchen team in a renowned hospitality venue as an experienced Chef. This mid-senior level position offers a unique opportunity to take pride in food presentation, manage your own sections and deliver consistently high standards of food throughout service.

Job Overview

This Full-time role requires a minimum 3 years' experience in a professional environment, with the ability to work across a 7-day operation. The successful candidate will possess qualifications or trade experience equivalent and have excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Food Hygiene compliance is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen sections effectively and ensure top-quality dishes are presented consistently.
  • Maintain good relationships with colleagues and provide clear direction during busy periods.
  • Implement effective time management and prioritization techniques to meet deadlines.
Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Food Hygiene certification and knowledge of best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and willing attitude, with the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
Work Environment

Working hours will be approximately 38 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate rotating rosters and varying shifts.
