About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paediatrician to join our team at a 200-bed acute and extended care facility. The successful candidate will provide high-quality medical care to children and infants, including conducting outpatient clinics, providing emergency on-call services, and contributing to paediatric service direction and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outpatient clinics for children and infants
  • Provide emergency on-call services for paediatric cases
  • Offer Level 2 neonatal services to newborns
  • Provide consultative services to the Emergency and other departments
  • Support paediatric care in community health services
  • Contribute to paediatric service direction and planning
  • Support the development of regional paediatric outreach services
  • Be involved in indigenous health clinics and refuges health clinics
Requirements
