Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Readiness Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the readiness of our equipment for various operations.

About This Role:
  • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that requires a strong maintenance background.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing, planning, and scheduling maintenance activities on company equipment and rental tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Activities: Review, plan, and schedule maintenance activities on company equipment and rental tools
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform maintenance on company equipment such as flange facers, hydraulic and pneumatic pumps, torque/tensioning equipment
  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare equipment for mobilisation
  • Asset Management: Manage equipment call out orders and returns to ensure equipment is complete and in compliance
  • Quality Assurance: Arrange third-party inspections
  • Documentation: Complete internal and external equipment documentation packs
  • Inventory Management: Maintain asset register
  • Supply Chain Management: Prepare and manage critical spares and consumables to maintain company equipment
  • Communication: Communicate job request status to Supervisor and Manager
Requirements:
  • Location: Reside locally in Perth (no relocation support)
  • Citizenship: Have the full right to live and work in Australia including offshore
  • Experience: Experience working in maintenance roles including exposure to maintenance processes and warehouse workflows
  • Qualifications: Fitter Machinist Trade qualification is preferred
  • Licenses: High Risk License for dogging and forklift license is desirable
  • Skills: Prior working knowledge of flange management equipment is an advantage
  • Soft Skills: Solid communication and interpersonal skills, good English written & verbal communication
  • Additional Requirements: Experience in quality control processes is desirable
