The Opportunity

As Team Leader Community Support Services, you will lead the Community Support Services team, oversee day-to-day operations, contribute to planning and implementation of changes responding to our growing community and ongoing reforms.

Your ability to liaise with a wide range of agencies, groups, and individuals will be critical to successfully providing quality of care with a person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and support staff.
  • Lead, implement, and respond to change within a team.
  • Strong knowledge of the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC-PYP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
