We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our Human Resources team in a Junior HR Business Partner role.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise and skills to deliver exceptional results and make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, focusing on employee relations and performance management.
  • Manage employee grievances and conduct thorough investigations in accordance with relevant HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee meetings.
  • Develop and communicate HR policy and procedure changes, ensuring they remain up-to-date with legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and people managers to enhance the employee experience through engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Junior HR Business Partner, Officer, or Junior HRBP.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR preferred.
  • Solid generalist HR operational experience, including ER issue management.
  • A keen interest in talent and engagement strategy.
  • Project management experience is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
