Scaffolding Technician

Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business with a strong presence in the industry. Our team is seeking a skilled Scaffolding Technician to join our Operations team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Scaffolding Technician, you will be responsible for erecting, altering, and dismantling modular or pre-fabricated scaffold systems, including aluminium mobiles, steel modular, At-Pac, and Layher. You will also be required to calculate loads, estimate equipment, and conduct scaffold inspections.

Key responsibilities include:

• Erect and dismantle modular scaffold systems
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure scaffold safety and integrity
• Calculate loads and estimate equipment requirements
• Follow and complete all required reports correctly
• Understand and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative obligations
• Identify and report potential safety hazards and take corrective action

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A high risk work licence and relevant certifications
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role and/or FIFO/mine site experience
