C# Software Engineer for Market Making Strategies

Overview

Susquehanna International Group (SIG) is a global quantitative trading firm seeking a skilled C# software engineer to join our Options Trading desk. In this role, you will work on developing and implementing market making strategies used by the trading desk.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing backend/server-side applications using C# as the primary development language. They should be able to take projects through the entire software development cycle from requirements gathering to production release.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-performance C# trading applications
  • Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to implement trading models and signals
  • Work with technology teams to develop integrated technical solutions for trading

Requirements

  • Exceptional C# development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, OOP, multi-threading, and performance
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience in C++ and Python on Windows or Linux is beneficial but not essential
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
