  • Drive store performance to achieve targets
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves
  • Manage and oversee the training and development of your team
  • Order and maintain stock availability
  • Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met
  • Manage the financial performance of the store
