Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Power Distribution Design Leader to develop and implement comprehensive power distribution systems for utilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical engineering, including circuit design, system analysis, and project management principles.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in overhead line design is required, along with proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and/or N'Poles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed engineering plans, including system layouts and equipment selection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and feasibility studies to optimize power distribution systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

This is a mid-senior level role that requires excellent leadership and technical skills.
