Mental Health Professional Leader

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Professional Leader to join our team at Uniting.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position offering a highly competitive salary package of approximately $90,000 - $100,000 per annum, plus generous salary packaging benefits up to $18,550.
The Senior Clinician will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant quality and safety standards, implementing best practice, managing flow into the service and capacity, including Hawkesbury area outreach work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary mental health intervention, conducting assessments and providing evidence-based treatment and case management.
- Lead and participate in regular meetings to support staff in delivering services to clients by mentoring and providing consultation and feedback.
- Contribute to clinical review processes and planning consumers within a recovery framework.
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of and sensitivity to the mental health needs of young people (12 to 25 years) and their families/carers.
- Australian tertiary qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or equivalent.
- Provisional or full membership with AHPRA or an appropriate professional body.
- Three (3) years or more clinical experience working with young people across a range of ages and developmental stages.
- Australian Drivers License.
