As a Digital Transformation Specialist - Web Experience Designer at The Good Guys, you'll be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of our web platform. Your expertise will help us deliver a seamless digital experience for customers, enhancing our brand reputation and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • You will practice user-centred design principles to ensure customer needs are met throughout the design process.
  • Closely collaborate with IT, Developers, and Testers to improve the online customer experience.
  • Analyse user feedback and activity to inform iterative improvements to the user experience.
  • Conduct customer journey mapping and visual design to ensure a clear understanding of the final product experience.

About You:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or previous experience in Marketing, Communications, or IT, with a strong understanding of website development.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively to achieve targets in a timely and accurate manner.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately AU$120,000 per annum, plus generous team member discounts, ongoing training opportunities, and exposure to long-term career growth within the JB Hi-Fi/The Good Guys group.
