Senior Account Development Manager

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Development Manager to oversee all aspects of our customer portfolio and strengthen strategic relationships with Farm Milk Collection customers.
This role requires frequent travel within Victoria and will be based in either Melbourne or Geelong.
As a Senior Account Development Manager, you will contribute to value-added solutions to support long-term business growth, working collaboratively with McColl's Senior Leadership, Finance, and Operations divisions.
The key responsibilities include:
- Leading the growth and development of enduring customer relationships at all levels of the customer's organisation.
- Building trusting and professional relationships with all internal stakeholders.
- Achieving targets relating to the maximisation of revenue and improvements to gross margin profitability.
- Management of the Farm Milk Collection Division's customer contract portfolio.
- Providing commercial analysis, reporting, and support to the Commercial team.
About you
You will be passionate about Customer Relationship Management with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a Strategic Account Management or a Strategic Operational role.
- Strong commercial instincts with extensive experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex business issues and planning needs.
- Proven ability in the negotiation and management of large customer contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
