Senior Hairdresser/Colour Specialist

This role involves providing high-quality hairdressing services to clients, with a focus on colour and cutting expertise. You will work in a fast-paced salon environment, using your skills to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships with customers.

As a senior hairdresser/colour specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding colour and cutting services to meet customer expectations
  • Maintaining a professional and supportive attitude in the workplace
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and targets
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure continued excellence in your craft
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior hairdresser/colour specialist in a busy salon environment
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of hairdressing techniques, including colour and cutting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekend availability
