We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Quantitative Trader to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our trading strategies forward by leveraging your strong analytical skills, quantitative modeling expertise, and market insights to identify profitable trading opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine trading strategies across multiple asset classes through in-depth quantitative research and analysis.
- Utilize statistical models and quantitative tools to identify market trends, patterns, and opportunities for profit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize trading strategies.
- Monitor and manage trading positions in real-time, making timely adjustments as market conditions evolve.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to adapt trading strategies accordingly.
- Provide detailed reports and performance analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve trading models and algorithms by incorporating feedback and insights from market data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantitative Trader or in a similar quantitative role within the financial industry.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB, and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and quantitative techniques.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and modeling, with the ability to apply mathematical concepts to real-world trading scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation Package:
- $120,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses and incentives.
