The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified engineer to join our global team of experts and be part of the continued growth of HKA's Forensic Technical Services team. As a Structural Engineer Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the world's largest technical disputes, both regionally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on complex international projects and collaborate with our global network of offices.
  • Develop into a testifying expert, leveraging HKA's strong brand in the construction space and reputation for exceptional expert witnesses.
  • Contribute to the growth of HKA's Forensic Technical Services team, working on interesting and complex projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or equivalent post-graduate qualifications (accredited by professional bodies such as Engineers Australia).
  • Proven experience working as a Structural engineer in a professional services or consultancy environment.
  • A high level of attention to detail, analytical, and digital skills.
  • Familiarity with structural analysis and/or FEA software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary regional team.
  • Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
