This is a fixed-term opportunity to join our team as a Financial Planning and Reporting Lead. The successful candidate will work closely with the Country Road Group Head of Financial Planning & Analytics to lead the creation and enhancement of Group financial planning and reporting capability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning:
- Support the development of the company's financial plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and implement financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
- Provide regular financial reports and analysis to senior management, including key performance indicators and trends.
Reporting:
- Develop and maintain high-quality financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for improvement in financial reporting processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a relevant degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial planning and reporting, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
