Physiotherapist in Altona

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist to join our team in Altona.

This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing customized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

• Assess and diagnose patients with a range of physiotherapy needs
• Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional training
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, patient-centered care
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
• Excellent assessment, treatment, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
