Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the vendor database, including approvals, renewals, and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee the WinAir database and streamline procurement processes and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support, including raising purchase orders, formatting procurement work instructions, and records management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, staff, and management, ensuring effective communication across departments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement practices.
  • Ensure safety compliance and uphold high standards of OH&S and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration, vendor management, and customer service, ideally within the aviation industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and well-developed computing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
