The Strategic Compliance Support Professional role involves providing exceptional administrative support to senior leaders within our Risk & Compliance Team. This entails being a reliable and efficient 'go-to' person for tasks such as diary management, appointment scheduling, and maintaining an organized working environment for the managers and their teams.

This position offers excellent opportunities for growth and development, allowing you to refine your administration skills. We are seeking a team-oriented individual who can provide value-added support with a variety of tasks that this role will be responsible for.

This full-time, permanent opportunity is based at our Melbourne offices, with flexible hybrid work arrangements available (approximately 2-3 days weekly WFH/WFO).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support, including diary management and appointment scheduling for two senior Risk and Compliance leadership team members.
  • Additional administration assistance may involve finance administration, travel coordination, HR system process support, general administration, action item trackers, organizational charts, email distribution lists, and software package support.
  • Coordinating new starters to the Risk & Compliance team, including organizing laptop, phone, system, and email access, security passes, and onboarding programs.
  • Offering general assistance and logistical support to the wider team, including coordinating team events, conferences, room bookings, catering requests, and room setup.
  • Preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and documents.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience providing professional administration support to senior leaders within a medium to large organization.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 suite, SharePoint, P2P systems, and travel booking platforms.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Well-developed organizational skills, enabling effective prioritization and meeting deadlines in a structured manner.
  • A collaborative mindset, providing value-added support to senior leaders, direct reports, and team members.
