Stocktake Assistant Role Overview
At Woolworths Group, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our stocktake operations in the Campbelltown area of NSW. As a Stocktake Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough stock counts to company specified guidelines, time frames, and targets.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Food Safety policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, along with sound mathematical ability.
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability to work a casual roster from Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and late nights.
- Willingness to travel for up to four nights for stocktake operations, staying in twin-share accommodation at the expense of Woolworths.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with customers and staff.
