Job DescriptionThe Research Coordinator - Rural Health Academic Network (RHAN) plays a vital role in developing research capabilities among healthcare professionals, leading to improved service delivery and patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include collaborating with staff to publish research, present work at conferences, and promote their practice through various forums.
- Build research capacity among healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with staff to publish research papers, present findings at professional conferences, and promote their work in relevant forums
- Provide coaching for students on placements, guiding them through the research process and evidence-based practice
This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare services and clinical research, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. They must be confident communicators who thrive in a team environment.
