This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking procurement team working on strategic sourcing and category management.

Reporting to the Group Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering procurement strategies across direct spend categories for raw materials. This involves evaluating the supplier landscape, reviewing spend analysis, and leading sourcing activities through to contract award.

Your key objectives will include maximizing value from supplier relationships, achieving cost savings, and supporting the broader procurement strategy.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the group to deliver operational, commercial, and compliance objectives while ensuring that price, risk, quality, and ESG considerations are optimized.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achievement in procurement, with experience managing direct spend categories and raw materials within the construction, building, civil engineering, infrastructure industry or similar.

You will be adept at spend analysis and leading strategic sourcing activities for industrial spend categories that lead to optimal pricing agreements without compromise to product quality, supply risk, or environmental considerations.
