Carnivorous Labourer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Meat Worker (Labourer). This is an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn, gain skills, and build a career in the industry.

The successful applicant will be a valued team member working in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes safety and well-being. As a casual full-time employee, you can expect to work a minimum of 38 hours per week with the potential for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Separating and/or handling offal at the eviscerating table
• Production work on the process line
• General labouring
• Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout all processes
• Following all OH&S procedures and policies

Requirements:

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with supervisors on improving daily duties
• High focus and attention to detail
• Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job
• Reliable, committed, punctual, and possess a positive work attitude
• Able to work in a diverse team with varying backgrounds, knowledge, and experience
• Willing to undergo Q Fever Vaccination, or have completed Q Fever Vaccination
• Able to pass Alcohol & Drug testing
