About the Role:

As a Senior Project Engineer at Amida Group, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, developing and executing project plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including earthworks, demolition, excavation, piling, retention, foundations, ground improvement, soft and hard landscaping, site remediation, and rehabilitation. Your expertise and leadership will enable us to deliver exceptional results and build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Communicating project progress and performance to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in bulk earthworks
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to think strategically and make informed decisions
