We are seeking a highly skilled Devsecops Specialist to join our organisation on a contractual basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and excellence in the development, delivery, and evaluation of new technologies. This includes creating and building out a roadmap for technology CI/CD and infrastructure modernisation, including the development of a DevSecOps Maturity Assessment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and build out a roadmap for technology CI/CD and infrastructure modernisation, including the development of a DevSecOps Maturity Assessment.
  • Drive continuous improvement and excellence when developing, delivering, and evaluating new technologies, aligning to technology and business strategy.
  • Train and mentor staff in secure coding practices, Cloud Engineering, Architecture, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Work closely with development, operations, and other security teams to integrate security best practices, share information, and ensure a cohesive security strategy.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience at enterprise technology organisations.
  • Experience designing and building enterprise Cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience designing and building complex CICD pipelines across multiple technologies and deployment infrastructure.
  • Strong AWS and hybrid Cloud experience.
  • Hands-on development, squad enablement, with Platform Engineering experience at an Enterprise Scale.
  • Preferably Insurance or Financial Services Industry experience.
