Job Summary:

The Client Solutions Professional plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to clients. This dynamic role requires a skilled individual who can plan, execute, and maintain excellent relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Plan and execute structured and methodical customer service maintenance visits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital records of time sheets, field service reports, and spares inventory using reporting tools.
  • Technical Expertise: Perform commissioning, service maintenance, and after-hours service commitments with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Customer Relations: Foster relationships with customers, providing feedback to the team.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with training requirements across multiple technologies.
  • Vehicle and Appearance Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles and personal appearance to the appropriate standard.

Daily work duties may include overnight or longer trips, attending customer service calls, using ladders and scissor lifts, working in tight and restricted locations, and lifting equipment and components. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the HVAC/Critical Cooling space and hold relevant trade certifications and licenses.
