Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic agent to operate our telephone switchboard station. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll ensure seamless communication, resolve queries efficiently, and provide exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Verify guest information, process payments, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns, ensuring a smooth stay for our guests.
  • Supply guests with directions, information, and assistance as needed.
  • Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A warm smile, dash of humor, and a sprinkle of charm to make every interaction special.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize and problem-solve effectively.
  • Attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, preferably with PMS Opera experience.
