The Position:

We are currently seeking a qualified Personal Care Worker to join our team on a casual basis. As a Personal Care Worker, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting residents to live life to their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to residents
  • Assisting with daily living tasks
  • Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Clearance
  • Full Serology Report
  • At least 6 months previous experience in a similar role
  • Current Influenza Vaccination and Full COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Thrive in a team environment and appreciate one-to-one interactions
  • Current national police check clearance
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently
  • Current driver's license and own transport
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Able to work 3-4 shifts per week with us
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
