Software Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the strategic planning, delivery, and evaluation of software testing programs. This role will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications.

The successful candidate will lead the development of detailed test plans, manage complex testing activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. The Test Lead will provide expert consultancy, manage test environments, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading planning and execution of testing strategies across projects
  • Managing test environments and data requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and meet quality goals
  • Providing expert guidance on testing tools and methodologies
  • Driving continuous improvement in testing processes and outcomes
  • Executing manual and automated test cases
  • Identifying, logging, and tracking software defects
  • Performing functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Documenting test results and providing feedback
  • Supporting process improvements and tool usage

This role requires a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading testing teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in software testing
