Merchandise Planning Specialist

The Merchandise Planning Specialist will lead pre-season and in-season merchandise planning, including sales forecasts, inventory management, profit margins, and markdowns.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams (buying, finance, retail, supply chain) to align on commercial objectives.
- Develop and enhance planning processes, reporting tools, and forecasting models for greater accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and coach junior planners, fostering collaboration and building a high-performing team.
- Bring strong experience in merchandise planning with proven ability to manage forecasts, profits, and inventory levels.
- Demonstrate analytical strength and commercial acumen, using data to inform decisions and optimise performance.
- Show leadership capability, mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
