Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement effective inventory control measures
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven leadership experience, demonstrating effective team management and operational expertise
  • Strong understanding of distribution centre operations, logistics, and inventory management
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate at all levels
