The role involves guiding and mentoring a team of painters, preppers, and spray apprentices to improve quality and efficiency on the workshop floor.
- Complete paint jobs in accordance with procedures
- Ensure a high-quality paint finish by sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments
- Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily
Key requirements include being a Trade Qualified Spray Painter, having experience in the Collision Repair industry, and possessing full Australian Working rights and a valid driver's license.
