About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and skilled Supervisory Raisebore Driller to lead underground drilling activities in WA and across Australia.

As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a key leadership figure to oversee raisebore drilling operations, manage a skilled team, and ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of drilling activities to ensure alignment with project specifications and company standards
  • Liaising with engineers and maintenance teams for smooth operations and problem-solving
  • Coordinating daily briefings and communicating project goals and safety expectations
  • Mentoring drillers and offsiders, providing training and feedback

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • High-risk work licenses: Dogging, Rigging, and Elevating Work Platform (self-funded, required)
  • Work Safely at Heights qualification (required)
  • Extensive experience and proficiency in raisebore drilling operations and equipment

About You

You should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to operational excellence. Physically fit, capable of working in confined spaces, at heights, and in challenging environments.
