Experienced Occupational Therapist Wanted for Adults Caseload

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on an adults caseload within a multidisciplinary team in South East Melbourne. The successful candidate will work alongside a team who are passionate about working collaboratively to help people achieve their goals.
The role involves delivering clinical assessments and therapies in the clinic, at home, or in the local community. You will have access to functional assessment spaces within the clinic, which is a rare opportunity in an adult NDIS caseload.
You will be well supported by a highly experienced team lead OT and OT manager, who has over 30 years of experience. You will receive regular supervision and mentoring, as well as in-house and external professional development opportunities to achieve your career goals.
This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
Benefits- A salary of $80K - $90K + superannuation
- A generous commission structure to increase take-home pay
- Achievable KPIs of 4.7 per day
