Childcare Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Coordinator to join our team at TheirCare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our before and after school care programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and school staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the service.
- Mentor and support a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Work collaboratively with the Area Manager to roster staff and ensure the smooth operation of the service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the childcare industry.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification.
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
- Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
- Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.
