We're on the hunt for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Experience Team members. As an integral part of our festive season operations, you'll play a vital role in bringing joy and magic to families across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with visitors from diverse backgrounds, spreading Christmas cheer and creating unforgettable experiences.
  • Capture special moments by helping families take magical Santa photos that will be treasured for years to come.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure every family has a fun, stress-free experience, making holiday memories happen.
  • Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail, ensuring each family's photo moment with Santa is top quality.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Be full of good vibes and festive energy, with a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, being great with people (and pets) of all ages.
  • Demonstrate calmness under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
  • Be a team player who loves making people feel welcome, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance.
