Job Opportunity: Comedy Tour Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and creative Comedy Tour Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

As a key member of our Tour Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns for comedy tours and festivals across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns for 15+ comedians
  • Developing creative social-first assets and content that resonates with audiences
  • Collaborating with comedians, publicists, and festival partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Analysing campaign performance and audience behaviour to inform future strategies
  • Managing small to medium campaign budgets and optimising value through ticketing and venue partnerships

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in entertainment or live events marketing with a solid grasp of social, digital, and traditional channels
  • Project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders
  • A creative mindset and passion for delivering innovative, fan-first campaigns
  • Fan focus and deep understanding of audiences
  • Confident communication skills and ability to engage with talent and senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative spirit and flexibility to support colleagues across the team
