Empowering Communities through EducationThe SEE First Nations Project Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering culturally relevant training across Mimal and Warddeken Land Management Corporations in Arnhem Land.This dynamic position empowers Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants to build confidence, identify strengths, and transition toward meaningful, sustainable employment.You will:
  • Support the co-design and implementation of a three-year project engaging stakeholders and building extensive on-ground relationships.
  • Provide quality documentation and reporting monitoring and adapting the project to support positive learner outcomes.
  • Split time between office work from Darwin and remote work in Arnhem Land.

About You

We seek a collaborative passionate individual committed to delivering culturally relevant training meeting diverse learner needs and fostering a safe supportive learning atmosphere.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management Community Development LLND Education or similar and/or experience in delivering large complex projects.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with extensive knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal people delivering tailored training and development activities.
