Job Opportunity for Experienced Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional cook looking to work with a dedicated Head Chef and a fun, energetic team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen, with the ability to work a rotating roster across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays. They will also be flexible, having good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sections and deliver high standards of food throughout service
  • Pride in food presentation and top-quality food
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge, and practices
Requirements:
  • Mid-Senior level of expertise

  • Hospitality industry experience

This role requires a minimum of 38 hours per week and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
