Job Title: Multi-Skilled Civil Operators

CoreStaff is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Civil Operators to join our team on a FIFO basis from Brisbane and Cairns. As a Multi-Skilled Civil Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a range of heavy earthmoving equipment, including graders, loaders, excavators, rollers, skid steers, tractors, and heavy combinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain heavy earthmoving equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Assist in the setup and operation of equipment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Minimum HC driver's licence for all roles
  • Ability to pass a medical examination
  • Previous experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment
  • Trade certificate in heavy diesel or plant mechanics
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
