Job Title

A leading retail manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

About the Role

This key position involves collaborating closely with optometrists to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for managing store operations, scheduling staff, and working within local labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Collaborate with optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience;
  • Manage staff scheduling in accordance with local labour laws;
  • Maintain open communication with team members, providing guidance and support as needed;
Requirements
  • Prior retail or optical management experience;
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager (or similar) or higher management position;
  • Demonstrated experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws;
  • Availability on Tuesday to Saturday preferred to meet peak trading needs;
