Mobile Test Engineer

A permanent position is available for a skilled Mobile Test Engineer to join our fast-growing consultancy. This role offers opportunities to work on high-profile projects with tier-1 clients, utilizing your technical testing expertise and experience with mobile applications.

Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive exploratory and functional testing across native iOS and Android apps.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for mobile applications, ensuring efficient testing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to guarantee quality from inception to release, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
  • Identify, log, and manage defects efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement in testing practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in mobile testing (iOS and/or Android).
  • Strong exploratory testing capability with attention to detail, accompanied by a solid understanding of mobile application functionality.
  • Automation background using Appium, Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks, demonstrating proficiency in software development methodologies.
  • Prior Test Engineer background across functional and technical testing, showcasing a broad range of skills and expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile app technical testing (UI, API, integrations), highlighting a deep understanding of complex systems.
