Key Responsibilities:
  1. Installation of fire detection and alarm systems in accordance with applicable Australian Standards.
  2. Conducting tests on dry fire services as per relevant Australian Standards, including the programming of fire panels.
  3. Interpreting and adhering to technical plans and instructions.
  4. Utilizing ladders and scaffolding safely.
  5. Performing tasks in confined spaces and at heights.
  6. Collaborating effectively with team members and working independently.
Qualifications:
  1. Possession of a white card (general construction induction card) is required.
  2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Fire Industry, specifically in construction rather than maintenance.
  3. A valid driver's license.
  4. Capability to follow plans, provide clear instructions, and oversee a small team.
  5. Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards for the fire servicing sector, particularly AS 1670 and AS 1851.
  6. Understanding of WHS procedures and the ability to adhere to them.
