We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in treasury and cash management to join our finance team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with corporate banks, monitoring funds flow, and ensuring financial stability. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving financial excellence and minimizing risks.

This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of autonomy and initiative. You will work closely with the Investment Director, CFO, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with corporate banks and trading facilities
  • Monitor funds flow across all accounts pools and collaborate with the investment and accounting teams
  • Ensure daily cash and crypto balances are accurately recorded and discrepancies are addressed
  • Provide timely reports on cash positions and financial performance
  • Develop and implement cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity
  • Manage global intercompany transactions and borrowing processes
  • Coordinate payment approvals and maintain governance of treasury accounting systems
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in treasury and cash management
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Proven track record of managing complex financial operations and ensuring financial stability
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, as follows: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (base salary) + benefits (including EAP access, learning & development platform, paid volunteer day, flexible working hours, and more).
