**Job Opportunity**

Gilmour Space is a leading rocket company pioneering next-generation hybrid propulsion technologies for small satellite launch vehicles.

Program Manager Role: As the Program Manager, you will contribute towards the achievement of the company's overall business goals by leading cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with strategic and operational objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating and driving team collaboration to work in line with set schedules and budgets.

- Manage program performance with key stakeholders
- Coordinate schedule, budget, and documentation throughout the program development lifecycle
- Evaluate costs and manage resources effectively
- Communicate program goals internally and ensure appropriate allocation of resources
- Monitor progress to ensure timelines are met
- Lead regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and communicate progress and issues
- Prepare, coordinate, and chair presentations and design reviews
- Consult with relevant departments to ensure program activities are achieved and issues are resolved quickly
- Provide comprehensive reporting as required by management
- Work with the Human Resource Department in the recruitment and training of employees.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and direction in the day-to-day running of employees reporting to this position, ensuring effective department management by setting clear targets/KPIs and monitoring these in line with expectations
- To manage employee performance, ensuring that any shortfalls are managed and reported
- Ensure all workers are inducted and operate according to company policies/procedures including casuals, contractors & visitors on site
- Complete Performance Appraisals in line with company policy and procedures
- Ensure the team receives adequate training and development necessary to meet business needs
- Other duties as requested by Management

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
