We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team as a Mentor. This role will involve guiding colleagues in developing engaging programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the development of young children
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective educational programs
- Mentor and support other Educators in their professional growth

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent/higher qualification)
- A current and valid Blue card
- A First Aid Certificate
- Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks and National Quality Framework
