Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at RWE Renewables Australia Pty Ltd., Melbourne. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in the renewable energy sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting project activities from pre-construction to commercial operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including engineers, procurement teams, and construction personnel;
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans;
  • Facilitating communication between project teams and external stakeholders;
  • Providing administrative support to project managers and ensuring smooth project execution.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field (typically Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical);
  • Approximately 5-10 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably in the renewable energy sector;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English;
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements.
