Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionAs a Site Supervisor, you will lead an energised team of tradespeople while ensuring a safe working environment. You will oversee all aspects of mechanical and process installation across various water and wastewater infrastructure projects and upgrades.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a safe workplace for all site personnel and minimizing environmental impacts.
- Ensuring high-quality work completion according to project specifications.
- Meeting project timelines.
- Completing project documentation to a high standard.
- Maintaining close relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Procuring equipment at competitive prices.
- Effectively managing team resources.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a Site Supervisor within the Construction industry, leading Trades teams with enthusiasm and a strong safety focus.
- A Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
- Understanding of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
- A Cert 3 or higher Mechanical trades certificate.
- Solid experience working on major infrastructure projects, preferably in the Water Industry.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards relating to the construction industry.
- An ability to build infrastructure and solve problems effectively.
