Job Description

Virtusa is seeking an experienced Pega Business Architect to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in Pega implementation, stakeholder management, and business transformation. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in international markets, preferably in Australia, Europe, or the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Pega implementations as LBA/SBA with a minimum of 1+ years of experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across organizations
  • Drive business transformation initiatives and ensure successful delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion Agile delivery
  • Maintain expertise in Pega Strategic Application - Pega Customer Service
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of total Pega experience
  • Certified Pega Business Architect (preferably version or later)
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and process improvement
  • Experience working in international markets, preferably in Australia, Europe, or the US
  • Domain expertise in Banking services is preferred
Benefits

Virtusa offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
