Job Title: Advanced Paediatric and General Surgery Nurse
">This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, 32-bed acute ward.
">As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will provide evidence-based nursing care and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for supervising and guiding Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing to deliver quality patient care.
">The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
">Key responsibilities include providing evidenced-based nursing care, liaising with the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring patient and staff safety, and delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs.
">The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in paediatrics/adult medicine, and hold current registration with AHPRA. A commitment to quality patient care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
